📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain planning processes leveraging Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization. • Design, implement, and maintain demand planning and supply planning processes to ensure accurate forecasts, efficient production schedules, and timely fulfillment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive integrated planning processes. • Analyze historical data, market trends, and business requirements to develop accurate demand forecasts using Oracle Cloud tools. • Optimize inventory levels and ensure the right product availability at the right location while minimizing costs. • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain planning process and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. • Support Oracle Cloud application enhancements, configuration, and troubleshooting as part of continuous process improvement initiatives. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of demand and supply planning activities. • Provide training and guidance to junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning with hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly in Demand Planning and Supply Planning. • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and distribution planning. • Proficient in Oracle Cloud tools for planning, forecasting, and analytics, including scenario modeling and simulation. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and planning solutions. • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Experience in implementing best practices in demand and supply planning within Oracle Cloud environments. • Knowledge of integration between Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, Order Management, Inventory) is highly desirable. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
