📋 Description

• Speak with prospective customers and understand their hiring needs • Introduce companies to Weekday and explain how its product can help them • Identify and engage with potential customers • Build relationships with prospects and clients • Work with internal teams to create a smooth customer experience • Track work and understand what drives successful business development • Present a prepared pitch during the interview process • Participate in communication screening, pitch, and final interview rounds

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, clear, and confident communication • Enjoys talking to people • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly • Takes initiative and follows through • Comfortable working independently • Wants to understand how businesses work • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree • Prior sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement • Availability from 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days per week
