📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements • Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience • Track and report progress on business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

🏖️ Benefits

• Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance-based incentives per month • Potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance
