📋 Description

• Source and run outbound recruiting campaigns for Weekday’s roles across operations, sales, customer success, engineering, and internships using the Weekday platform • Screen candidates and schedule interviews • Collect hiring-manager feedback and drive decisions to closure within days • Run offers, background checks, and joining formalities • Own onboarding end-to-end, including laptops, access, documents, buddy assignment, and first-week plans • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and monthly payroll inputs • Manage exits, including full and final settlement, handovers, and exit conversations • Track hiring and people metrics such as time to hire, offer acceptance, and attrition • Work closely with founders and team leads • Ensure people-related work is completed accurately and on time

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, or both • Startup or agency recruiting experience is a strong plus • Experience closing hires and moving candidates from “maybe” to “joined” • Strong organisation skills; ability to manage offer letters, payroll inputs, and documents accurately • Clear and warm communication with candidates and the team • Ability to handle awkward conversations constructively • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Ability to move fast and figure things out without a playbook • Ability to create processes when none exist • Comfortable with a Monday–Saturday pace and a small team where everyone pitches in
