📋 Description

• Lead introductory and evaluation calls to assess candidates’ technical and non-technical fit against client requirements • Research client roles to guide candidates through the process • Collect structured candidate insights against evaluation rubrics • Manage candidate communication, feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers • Use Airtable, Slack, and CRM tools for reporting and quality standards • Shadow live screening calls and progressively conduct 15–20, then 25–40 screening calls per day • Run independent candidate screens aligned with client interview standards • Own candidate feedback and generate key reports • Master end-to-end talent operations for potential extension or full-time conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience • Fluent written and spoken English • Confidence to lead candidate calls professionally • Ability to quickly understand technical and non-technical job descriptions • Ability to synthesize information quickly • Ability to absorb feedback and adapt to fast-changing environments • Graduates in BBA, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply • Airtable/Slack experience or strong interest in startup hiring is a bonus
