📋 Description

• Support retail pharmacy locations in the Harrisburg, PA market area. • Lead onboarding and training of newly hired pharmacists on pharmacy systems and procedures. • Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations team and leadership to improve operational effectiveness. • Develop educational resources and provide training on new processes and technologies. • Monitor training outcomes and provide coaching and follow-up support to pharmacy associates. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, state and federal laws, and pharmacy standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education degree (GED). • Three (3) years of pharmacy experience or related training. • Valid National Technician Certification required. • Driver’s license for travel required. • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and procedure manuals. • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
