📋 Description
• Schedule and conduct screening phone calls with prospective patients • Take notes and document patient demographics, medical and mental health history, reasons for seeking treatment, etc. • Collaborate with clinicians and office administrators to match patients with appropriate clinicians for treatment • Maintain Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) law and proper patient discretion at all times
🎯 Requirements
• Junior or Senior enrolled at a 4-year university • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Health Sciences, or another related field • Must have US work authorization • Must have access to a laptop and a private, uninterrupted space
