📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, provide guidance on queries, and escalate to clients as necessary • Conduct coding reviews and provide recommendations for appropriate coding based on current guidelines • Provide written feedback related to coding compliance documentation and conduct other clinical record audits, as assigned • Work with internal teams to support quality plans and assist with providing the appropriate tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the coding experience and drive client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time • Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Certain client-facing positions may be required to comply with immunizations and occupational health mandates
