📋 Description

• Translate and adapt music-related content into native-level Danish for the client’s global Music platform • Shape compelling in-app content and user experiences for audiences across genres and formats • Perform translation, transcreation, and copy editing • Review, localize, fact check, translate, and adapt content while following writing style guides and guidelines • Conduct market-specific research on local content, product and terminology trends, and localization best practices • Provide feedback on written content • Complete a grammar and UX/creative assessment via Mettl

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA and/or 2+ years of work experience in linguistics, sports journalism, copywriting, or copy-editing • Extensive sports knowledge, mainly football • Experience translating and localizing multimedia content; machine translation and evaluation experience preferred • Native-level fluency in the target language • Excellent grammar and writing skills in the native language • Strong creative writing, proofreading, and editing skills in the native language • Strong practical knowledge of computers and mobile devices, word processors, and spreadsheets • Own a licensed version of MS Office apps • Ability to work independently and remotely • Daily/weekly availability preferred • Published work on platforms such as ESPN, The Athletic, or FourFourTwo, or similar, is a bonus • Experience with sports media platforms, live score apps, or sports streaming services is a bonus • Ability to adapt voice and style to Gen Z, football fan culture, and pop culture audiences is a bonus • Successful completion of grammar and UX/creative testing via Mettl
