📋 Description

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition within the CRO/Pharma domain • Manage and guide a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals • Balance hands-on recruitment delivery with team direction • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe • Drive candidate quality, maintain partner accountability, and deliver data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• Talent Lead specialising in Regulatory and Clinical recruitment • Expertise in CRO/Pharma domain, Clinical Trials, Pharmaceuticals, and Pharmacovigilance • Advanced knowledge of Lever for pipeline management • Experience managing a small team of recruiters • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders globally • Drive candidate quality and deliver data-driven insights
