📋 Description

• Support the maintenance and operation of the educational ERP system, assisting with the analysis and resolution of functional requests; • Perform basic system configurations and support the validation of more complex configurations; • Analyze pre-screened requests, understand the issue, and identify the best way to address it; • Log and track support cases and activities using the team’s tools; • Perform tests and validations, recording evidence and documenting results; • Assist with gathering and understanding customer requirements and needs; • Assist in preparing and updating manuals, procedures, and documentation; • Perform basic database queries using SQL, especially SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN; • Support functional training and guidance as autonomy develops; • Collaborate with the squad lead and Mid-Level and Senior professionals; • Identify opportunities to improve processes, configurations, and documentation; • Use ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI and automation tools for analysis, documentation, and productivity; • Continuously develop technical and business knowledge related to the ERP and the Education sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification; • Experience supporting or maintaining ERP systems; • Knowledge of SQL, especially commands such as SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN; • Experience analyzing and handling system-related requests; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Experience with the Lyceum ERP is a plus; • Previous experience at companies or on projects focused on the Education sector is a plus; • Knowledge of academic or administrative processes at educational institutions is a plus; • Experience with ticketing and request management tools such as Trello, Zendesk, Jira, Redmine, or similar platforms is a plus; • Knowledge of documentation and process management tools is a plus; • Knowledge of or experience with AI and automation tools is a plus; • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
