📋 Description
• Processing files from a variety of educational regions • Determining if each document meets WES’ documentation requirements • Processing applications within specified timeframes, checking for accuracy and consistency of assessment outcomes • Verifying academic information entered by the client and ensuring that the information matches what is reflected in the corresponding documents • Maintaining the security and privacy of applicant information
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience • 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring preferred • Proficient use of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong commitment to WES ' mission and values. • Strong English language skills (ability to read and communicate in English) • Strong German and/or French language skills (ability to read and comprehend documents written in either German or French—speaking the language is not required)
