• Collaborate closely with leaders and the People team on behavioral and capability shifts • Use change management methodologies to create structured programs • Support organizational design work to enable strategic objectives • Implement organizational development frameworks and manage processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational psychology, OD, or related field • At least 5 years focused on organizational development and change management for multi-stakeholder initiatives • Hands-on experience in strategic workforce planning • Proven track record coaching and influencing senior leaders • Proficiency with established change methodologies and tools
