📋 Description
• Collaborate with leaders and the People team to support capability shifts • Shape and deliver OD and change initiatives for organizational effectiveness • Develop and execute change management strategies and tools • Coach leaders through change using a change management lens
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational psychology, OD, or related field • At least 5 years focused on organizational development and change management • Hands-on experience in strategic workforce planning • Proven track record coaching and influencing senior leaders • Proficiency with established change methodologies and tools
