• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice & Community Engagement, Adult Education & Community Development, or equivalent. • 8+ years of experience in community partnerships and ecosystem building. • Leadership experience in project management and team collaboration. • Strong communication skills and ability to lead and coach others. • Experience in planning and delivering innovative and inclusive convenings. • High-level knowledge of adult-learning theories and collective impact frameworks. • Commitment to immigrant justice and trust-based approaches to community work. • Desired: Bilingual or multilingual communication skills relevant to partner communities.
