📋 Description

• Translate requirements and support product roadmap for Salesforce solutions • Serve as the primary business representative for Salesforce initiatives • Partner with business teams to understand priorities and translate them into clear user stories • Maintain and execute a prioritized Salesforce product backlog across enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational improvements • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to coordinate releases • Monitor in-flight Salesforce initiatives and provide regular status updates, risks, and dependency visibility • Identify recurring operational pain points, and recommend scalable Salesforce workflow improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise platforms • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA capacity • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations • Experience supporting backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile / Scrum environments • Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
