• Coordinate with the Co-Lead Ecosystem Partnership and Initiative Lead to align convening activities with goals. • Ensure consistent follow-through after convenings, including notes, next steps, and partner communication. • Support the planning and delivery of convenings and capacity sharing activities. • Engage with partners to support participation and gather feedback. • Capture insights and feedback from convenings and partner interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as community development, social sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 4+ years of experience supporting events, convenings, or community-based initiatives. • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder convenings or cross-sector partnerships. • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community-centered approaches.
