📋 Description

• Independent responsibility for project management tasks for ongoing and new projects • Managing and recruiting authors and editors • Developing short- and long-term project plans and concepts for the production of instructional materials • Guiding authors in the design and production of teaching materials (digital and print) • Regular analysis of target groups, needs, and competitors • Interacting with and expanding our network of associations, organizations, and education ministries

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical/industrial field, business, or teaching, or equivalent qualifications • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities • A passion for education • Conceptual, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style • Business-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and work with complex issues • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and with network partners
