📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines • Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities • Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks • Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership • Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery • Lead strategic transformation programs and drive successful project delivery across local, regional, and global engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience • Strong understanding of SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and Control Tower • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Understanding of SAP Activate methodology • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead global teams and manage multicultural dynamics • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP supply chain solutions • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet
