• Direct support to the sales team; • Assist customers by phone and in person; • Organize, update, and supervise document control for the sales department; • Maintain and update customer records for future contacts and negotiations; • Prepare commercial proposals according to customer needs; • Initiate and monitor the entire packaging development process; • Handle telephone inquiries and provide requested information; • Request production of printing and metallic clichés; • Send samples for testing and print development; • Comply with company policies, procedures and standards related to work processes and implemented management systems; • Perform other activities related to the role and work procedures as needed;
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management; • Previous experience in a similar role; • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Experience with the KIWI system is desirable; • Experience with SAP is desirable;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model at our São Paulo office (Morumbi area);
