• responsible for plan setup, maintenance of plan structure and member accounts • processing files, forms, and payments at the member level • troubleshooting questions and providing issue resolution • maintaining detailed knowledge in function area(s) related to COBRA and Direct Bill • creating, updating and maintaining member plans and balances • facilitating peer training when requested

• experience with computer proficiency • experience with Section 125, HIPAA and HITECH Regulations • experience with administrative software, computer proficiency and 10 key/keyboard
