📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage your team through the successful delivery of valuable customer software • Drive collaboration across technology teams to foster innovation • Strengthen and drive engineering processes using TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures • Partner closely with Product Management to provide technical guidance on software design • Support live applications by promoting proactive monitoring and rapid incident response

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience leading engineering teams • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering • Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Framework • Strong proficiency in modern Web UI frameworks such as React • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Mastery of event-driven design using Kafka • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
