📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across the engineering team • Coordinate technical priorities, tasks, and deliverables • Manage sprints, project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments using Scrum and Agile practices • Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to understand business challenges and define technical solutions • Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data • Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions • Contribute hands-on to coding, troubleshooting, technical investigations, code reviews, and complex problem solving • Balance team resources and workload across multiple priorities • Strengthen engineering processes using TDD, BDD, Microservice Architecture, and Vertical Slice Architecture • Support live applications, proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement • Analyze systems and processes to identify bottlenecks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities • Modernize legacy .NET applications and technologies • Manage and improve development and CI/CD pipelines • Mentor peers and foster continuous learning • Become a subject matter expert in the functional area and engineering best practices • Complete work independently and review solutions with others • Identify and implement AI-based improvements to engineering, operational, and development processes • Encourage adoption of AI technologies for productivity, automation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and workflows • Communicate technical trade-offs, project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to engineers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong hands-on experience in software development, architecture, deployment, and production operations • Strong experience with C# and .NET • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS • Experience with C# scripting within SSIS • Experience with YAML for CI/CD pipelines • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Proven experience writing comprehensive unit tests and test suites • Strong understanding of software security principles and OWASP guidelines • Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum • Proven technical leadership and management of technical deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and priorities • Experience leading complex technical projects from planning through delivery • Experience writing performant stored procedures and functions using T-SQL • Experience developing cloud-native applications and services, or willingness to quickly develop these skills • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with relational databases and modern data technologies • Clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented coding practices • Familiarity with LLM concepts and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex • Basic RAG application experience is a plus • Desire to learn and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Knowledge or interest in autonomous agents, tool use/function calling, and state management • Familiarity with LangGraph or CrewAI and agentic RAG concepts • Basic understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus • Interest or experience with AI-native features and LLM-based evaluations in CI/CD • Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services, or willingness to quickly develop these skills • Basic Terraform experience • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Basic observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar tools • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
