📋 Description

• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement • Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot and marketing automation best practices • Conduct comprehensive QA reviews of emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and website updates • Partner with global marketing teams to deliver campaigns across multiple regions and business segments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related field • Proven experience managing campaigns from build through execution, optimization, and reporting • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform • Experience managing website content through a CMS, ideally Drupal • Experience with lead generation, customer journeys, and digital marketing best practices • Experience leveraging analytics and reporting to drive performance improvements • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is highly desirable • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website optimization best practices
