β€’ Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment β€’ Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking issues β€’ Support LAN/WAN connectivity and network infrastructure β€’ Document all work performed within the PSA system, ConnectWise experience desired. β€’ Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the client experience β€’ Assist with client onboarding, deployments, and technical projects as needed β€’ Support cloud-hosted and customer-managed environments β€’ Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 1 year of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience required β€’ Minimum 1 year of technical support experience β€’ Experience supporting: Microsoft 365 β€’ Windows desktop operating systems β€’ Active Directory β€’ Network connectivity and troubleshooting β€’ Strong customer service and communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities β€’ Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.
