• Build, launch, and manage high-performing paid search, display, and paid social campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and lower CPA. • Refine target personas, build lookalike/matched audiences, and set up robust retargeting funnels. • Monitor campaign performance daily. Deliver clear, actionable weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and next steps. • Ensure proper setup of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to accurately measure success.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and LinkedIn Ads with a track record of measurable success. • Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets. • You understand how to write compelling ad copy that resonates with corporate decision-makers on LinkedIn and high-intent searchers on Google. • You need to be highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing your own timeline. • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
