• Understanding a client's technical environment and guiding them through integration and onboarding • Taking ownership of pre-sales technical work to run product discovery • Building proof-of-concept integrations to enhance client confidence • Working closely with the sales team on active deals during the pre-close and onboarding phase
• Comfortable working with APIs — you can read documentation, test endpoints, and help a client work through an integration • Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering — Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar; able to build simple automations and solutions • Consultative communicator — you can run a client call, identify the real problem, and come back with a solution • 3+ years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, solutions, or integration-focused role • Native or near-native English speaker • Self-starter — able to work remotely and manage your own pipeline of pre-sales activity
