• Brindar soporte técnico de Nivel 1 para las plataformas y servicios productivos. • Gestión de incidencias de acuerdo a los protocolos establecidos. • Prestar comunicación eficiente al cliente. • Documentación de los soportes realizados. • Generar laboratorios de pruebas y troubleshooting en servidores y networking.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Ingeniero/a de Soporte Cloud, SRE o rol equivalente. • Experiencia en manejo de tickets y procesos de soporte (Jira, ServiceNow). • Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o afín. • Linux avanzado en entornos productivos. • Networking en Linux. • Experiencia en sistemas productivos de misión crítica. • Capacidad para resolver tareas repetibles mediante Bash y Ansible y/o Python. • Inglés intermedio.
