• Own the global acquisition strategy and performance • Drive sustainable, profitable new-customer growth • Connect brand, media and creative to improve full-funnel acquisition outcomes • Optimise acquisition investment across DTC, Amazon and retail • Partner with Marketing Analytics on incrementality testing, MMM and experimentation • Review channel, audience and campaign performance and reallocate budgets • Identify and scale effective creative concepts, formats and messages through structured testing • Connect brand and biddable media performance to assess upper-funnel impact • Build and maintain the global acquisition roadmap • Improve reporting, systems and operating rhythms • Coach and develop the Acquisition Marketing team • Evaluate new acquisition opportunities across paid, organic, retention and re-engagement programs • Report to the GM of Growth Marketing
• Deep performance marketing expertise • Strong commercial judgement • Rigorous approach to measurement and experimentation • Fluency in incrementality, experimentation and Marketing Mix Modelling • Deep hands-on experience across biddable media, particularly Meta and Google • Understanding of media planning, buying, audience strategy, bidding and optimisation • Ability to move between strategy and platform setup and execution • Experience connecting media performance with creative, audience and full-funnel strategy • Experience across agency and client-side environments is highly valued • Experience building or growing a high-performing acquisition or growth marketing team • Ability to work across global and local teams and adapt to market-specific needs • Ability to build relationships across Growth, Marketing, Creative, Commercial, Finance, Product and Data • Experience identifying effective acquisition creative and building structured testing programs
