• Own end-to-end warehousing and last-mile delivery across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe • Guide expansion into scaling markets such as Canada • Lead regional Logistics Managers, their teams and partners across the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia • Develop a unified global logistics strategy with commercial rigor and clear operational standards • Support UK 3PL expansion, including contracting and integrating a new partner • Shape logistics design for US retail growth and build commercial models for a US retail range review • Partner with Finance on reporting architecture and use AI to gain deeper insight into cost drivers • Lead carrier RFPs, negotiations, and executive decision-making • Coach teams through 3PL rate-review negotiations • Guide business cases for initiatives such as dedicated branded electric vehicle fleets • Incorporate logistics cost perspectives into product design decisions • Identify AI optimization opportunities across the team and global technology stack
• Deep understanding of the economics of last-mile delivery and warehousing, including cost drivers and market economics • Ability to decompose cost per order into its levers and model network design choices • Ability to build capital business cases • Experience with carrier negotiations and understanding of the other side’s cost structure • Experience making structural logistics decisions, including aggregator versus direct, make versus buy, and automation investments • Ability to balance five-year and next-quarter perspectives • Ability to drive a metrics- and insight-led culture • Experience leading established regional Logistics Managers across global markets • Ability to coach and develop high-performing senior talent • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships • Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and processes • Understanding of AI and technology architecture and human-in-the-loop judgment • Empathy and care when leading teams through transformation
