📋 Description

• The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations • Ensure compliance with industry standards • Optimise workforce performance • Manage budgets and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement • Plan, schedule and monitor all electrical contracts • Allocate resources efficiently • Manage support staff on all contracts • Ensure all electrical works comply with regulations • Serve as the primary point for clients regarding contract status and scheduling • Prepare and manage budgets, labour costs and materials procurement • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and increase productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in electrical services, contract and/or operations management • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract profitability • Electrical background with knowledge of electrical systems, installation, repair and maintenance practices (qualified electrician or equivalent industry experience) • Excellent leadership and exceptional team management skills • Proven experience managing multiple fast-paced contracts • Effective communication, client relation and stakeholder skills • Strong problem solving, decision making and organisational expertise • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
