• Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives • Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success • Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth • Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue • Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations • Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes • Traveling regularly for business needs
• A min 5 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both team members and partners • Grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive • Ability work in a structured and professional manner to deliver sales targets • Being a team player who enjoys working with others • Detailed and analytical approach to generating revenue.
