• Administer contracts in line with project, commercial and legal requirements • Manage variations, claims, procurement and subcontractor engagement • Provide cost control support, including forecasting, budgeting and reporting • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep the project moving • Maintain contract compliance and proactively manage project timelines and risks
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction (education experience a bonus) • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field (preferred) • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a solid understanding of contract management • Experience with Jobpac or similar project management / financial systems (advantageous) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
