📋 Description

• Advice & Sales – You analyze individual needs and convince customers with our product range. • Maintain customer base – You ensure long-term, trusting relationships with customers and business partners. • New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base. • Competitive analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape. • Attendance at trade and leadership fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience – You have already worked successfully in sales and know how to win customers. • Education – Ideally you have completed commercial/vocational training. • Technical understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex issues clearly. • Mobility & flexibility – You are frequently on the road and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners. • Strong communication & persuasiveness – You engage others with your presence and confident manner. • Independent working style – You value working autonomously and have an eye for what matters.
