📋 Description

• Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and persuade customers with our product range. • Maintaining customer relationships – You ensure long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners. • New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base. • Competitive analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape. • Participation in trade and leadership fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience – You have successfully worked in sales and know how to win customers. • Education – Ideally you have completed commercial vocational training. • Technical understanding – Technical topics are not foreign to you, and you can explain complex relationships clearly. • Mobility & flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners. • Communication skills & persuasiveness – You engage others with your presence and confident manner. • Independent working style – You appreciate working independently and have an eye for what matters.
