📋 Description

• Lead the technical design, development, and continuous improvement of the IFS Cloud platform • Review, approve, and govern technical designs, customizations, extensions, and code quality • Establish development standards, documentation practices, and technical governance • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, consultants, and solution architects • Manage and govern user access across systems, including authorization levels, segregation of duties, and security standards • Lead development of IFS customizations, Aurena pages, projections, custom pages, reports, and document solutions • Support system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality • Evaluate solutions and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation • Plan, design, and implement integrations between IFS Cloud and enterprise systems • Define integration requirements and technical solutions with stakeholders • Design and execute application deployment and release strategies • Oversee development, testing, build, and production environments • Manage deployment pipelines, build processes, version control, and release governance • Monitor platform performance, reliability, and stability while driving continuous improvements • Provide technical support during development, testing, and deployment activities • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver business value • Collaborate with solution architects and direct external vendors • Evaluate and assure the quality of technical solution proposals • Advise on technical capabilities, architecture decisions, and ERP roadmap initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field • Minimum 10+ years of experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud • Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and ERP ecosystems • Experience leading technical teams and guiding developers across complex initiatives • Expertise in IFS customizations, extensions, reporting, and deployment processes • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, and release management • Excellent business process understanding combined with strong technical capabilities • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical communities and build strong stakeholder relationships • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
