📋 Description

• Coordinate HR Shared Services work activities across North America. • Support United States I-9 compliance administration and related documentation. • Assist with unemployment claim administration and tracking. • Conduct intake and routing of entry-level Employee Relations matters. • Provide HR operational and back-office administrative support. • Manage and coordinate escalations that require North America-based support. • Partner closely with offshore support teams to ensure work is completed accurately and within service expectations. • Monitor work queues, track open requests, and drive issues through resolution. • Support reporting, data validation, process documentation, and general HR operations activities. • Serve as a point of coordination between employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and internal support functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a related field. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations and time zones. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
