📋 Description
• Execute effective and innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent • Conduct complex internet searches using various tools and databases • Network and build candidate pools for multiple positions • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships • Update and maintain applicant tracking system data and reports
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility • Capable of working well in a team and autonomously • Excellent organization and time management skills • Familiarity with social media and knowledge of MS Suite programs
