• Strategic and operational management of international DIY clients in Germany and Austria • Main point of contact for clients and proactive development of partnerships and business opportunities • Maintain existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities • Develop tailored proposals and innovative marketing concepts • Manage projects with ownership and creativity • Plan and conduct annual business reviews to achieve sales targets • Manage and optimize the product assortment based on relevant KPIs • Monitor the market and develop growth strategies
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in the DIY sector • Proven track record building and growing customer relationships • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification • Strong IT skills, especially Excel • Ideally experience with additional data analysis tools • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Highly self-motivated, numerically literate and solid understanding of processes • Fluent in German and English
