📋 Description

• Take over client relationships immediately after the BDR closes a deal • Manage client onboarding into client systems • Ensure a smooth transition from the sales team • Handle ongoing client communication as the primary point of contact for beauty-brand founders • Conduct follow-ups and respond to client needs and questions • Coordinate internally to ensure deliverables are met • Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term brand relationships • Keep client records updated in HubSpot and Bitrix24 • Help clients navigate the proprietary Retail Connect platform

🎯 Requirements

• Must have clear articulation and strong client-facing communication (written and spoken) • Confident, professional, and highly presentable on camera • Strong internet connection required for video calls • Must be able to accommodate UK business hours • Genuine interest or knowledge in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or fragrance • Capable of learning and navigating HubSpot, Bitrix24, and the proprietary Retail Connect platform • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
