📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services • Qualify leads and gather relevant business information • Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects • Update call results and notes accurately in CRM • Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer • Strong spoken English and a neutral accent • Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Solid organizational skills • Excellent time management skills • Able to work on a graveyard shift • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech savvy and proactive attitude • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Availability for US work hours, 20–40 hours per week
