📋 Description

• Own daily operational management of Wing's active post-sales pipeline from handoff through launch and early-stage stabilization • Maintain account visibility, statuses, owners, next actions, and completion dates • Monitor stalled, delayed, blocked, or at-risk accounts and drive corrective action • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records • Establish and enforce SLAs, daily standups, and recurring pipeline reviews • Build reporting and dashboards for pipeline health, aging accounts, and forecasted launches • Review closed accounts and validate requirements, expectations, staffing needs, timelines, and special conditions • Oversee staffing and candidate pipelines, client selections, decisions, onboarding, and launch readiness • Serve as the first operational escalation point and monitor issues through resolution • Hold stakeholders accountable for overdue actions and escalate repeated SLA breaches • Produce weekly and monthly pipeline health reports with recommendations and leadership actions • Improve workflows, escalation protocols, CRM architecture, handoffs, and process documentation • Prototype internal tools using AI-assisted “vibe coding” tooling and partner with engineers and product managers on production-ready tools • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Operations, Product, Finance, and support teams • Report to the CEO and work with C-suite and functional leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Startup and consulting experience • Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, or customer success operations • Strong cross-functional judgment across sales, Customer Success, and operations • Comfortable with high-volume, hands-on execution • Experience defining SLAs, structuring workflows, managing escalations, and optimizing pipeline processes • Excellent stakeholder management and follow-through • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow management platforms • Deep fluency with AI tools and ability to evaluate and roll out new operational tools • Comfortable operating at leadership level with the CEO, COO, and Chief of Staff • Able to travel to the Philippines as required
