📋 Description

• Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation • Partner with engineering, design, and PMs in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities • Record screencasts and product videos of new features to showcase functionality and drive adoption • Own product marketing facets, including messaging, demos, and materials communicating product value • Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment • Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level leaders on priorities and dashboards • Work directly with the CPO to build innovative AI products from 0→1 • Provide product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support to the founding team • Prototype rapidly and develop scalable systems in a hands-on startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Startup or consulting background in product/operations • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches • Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems • Hands-on skills with video tools, Canva, SQL analytics, Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot • Ability to vibe-code prototypes for engineers and designers to understand • Ability to thoroughly research broad concepts and turn them into opinionated, well-researched prototypes • Ability to take deep ownership of outcomes • Clear communication for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content • Experience, ability, or interest with UI/UX, AI, or software engineering is nice to have
