📋 Description

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. • Monitor and add potential leads to CRM software. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. • Manage business social media accounts. • Check invoices via Stripe. • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. • Conduct research to enhance project outcomes. • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a project manager, project management generalist, or in a relevant role. • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems. • Exceptional time management abilities. • Comfortable working on a graveyard shift. • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools. • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms. • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar). • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills. • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
