📋 Description

• Build and integrate workflows across the company’s businesses using Zapier, Make/n8n, APIs, and webhooks • Create AI bots that centralize tools and information for efficient communication • Map processes and configure triggers, actions, paths, and data transformations • Securely integrate SaaS platforms, managing credentials, validation, and error handling • Test workflows, monitor failures, manage versions via Git, and document support procedures • Build, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant software and systems • Clarify technical constraints, acceptance criteria, and priorities before building solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a portfolio, code samples, or demonstrated technical work relevant to automation and integration • Strong skills with Zapier, Make/n8n, REST APIs, Git, and JSON • Strong ability to debug, troubleshoot, and document processes and systems • Working knowledge of version control, testing, security, and software delivery practices • High level of reading, writing, and speaking for complex, multi-business contexts, daily coordination, and professional documentation • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Availability for 9 AM to 6 PM EST, 40 hours per week • Required tools: Zapier; Make or n8n; REST APIs and webhooks; JSON; Git and a code repository; Claude and its suite of tools; Microsoft Copilot
