📋 Description

• Delivering exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls • Resolving inquiries and processing customer requests efficiently • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems • Processing orders, forms, and applications as required • Following company communication procedures and policies • Engaging customers and providing a positive service experience • Participating in training sessions and team meetings • Assisting with special projects and team tasks as needed • Complying with company health, safety, and hygiene policies • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Reporting incidents, hazards, or accidents in line with company policy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role • Strong phone handling skills and active listening ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with CRM systems • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Customer service certification • Experience handling and managing client contacts
