📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, and databases) with an AI-first development approach • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) • Contribute to system architecture and continuously improve engineering standards • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications • Write and maintain unit and integration tests • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently • Integrate third-party APIs and external services • Maintain proper documentation for systems, architecture, and workflows • Support and mentor junior developers when needed • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) • Work closely with QA to improve test strategies and automation coverage • Advocate for modern development practices and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development • Proficiency in: React (with Tailwind CSS), Node.js and TypeScript, Next.js (full-stack implementation) • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and web services • Experience with AWS or GCP and DevOps practices (e.g., Terraform) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) • Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
