📋 Description

• Deliver structured training sessions covering sales processes, prospecting, and client support best practices. • Provide hands-on training in major CRMs widely used in Australian and New Zealand property management (e.g., VaultRE, Rex, Agentbox, Box+Dice, and Property Suite). • Develop and refine training materials to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards. • Monitor and assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. • Manage multiple training activities simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. • Collaborate with fellow trainers, coordinators, and management to continuously improve training programs. • Adapt to new training requirements, tools, and project scopes as they arise.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in delivering efficient and quality training , ideally in sales or property management support. • Proficiency in major CRMs used in the Australian/New Zealand property management industry. • Strong multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail. • High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal. • Effective collaborator with strong teamwork and communication skills. • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Background in sales support, training, or property management preferred. • Knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand real estate industry is an advantage. • Training & Assessment (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
