• Manage customer enquiries and prepare accurate parts quotations • Support the efficient processing of spare parts requests • Review and manage incoming trade customer enquiries through the online quoting portal • Analyse customer-provided information to accurately identify required panel and mechanical parts • Prepare and submit competitive and accurate quotations with correct part numbers and pricing • Collaborate with internal Parts Departments and suppliers to verify part availability • Monitor and manage enquiry progress and maintain accurate records • Generate reports on quoting activity, conversion rates, and customer trends • Maintain knowledge of parts catalogues, supplier platforms, and industry best practices • Support the Spare Parts Team with administrative functions related to quotations and customer communications • Identify opportunities to enhance quoting accuracy and turnaround times
• 2 – 3 years of experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, preferably within a dealership, automotive supplier, or trade environment • Strong knowledge of vehicle panels and mechanical components • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in interpreting and entering data • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a highly competitive quoting environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong written communication skills (English) • Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS), ERP platforms, or automotive quoting software • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, or any related field
