📋 Description

• Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination. • Prepare reports, research summaries, and presentation materials for leadership. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Support cross-functional operational tasks across Operations, Support, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance. • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. • Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and process improvements. • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making. • Coordinate projects across teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are met. • Facilitate communication between departments to keep initiatives on track. • Support the rollout of new processes, tools, or business strategies. • Prepare clear, organized summaries, reports, and client-facing materials. • Serve as an internal point of coordination for executives and cross-functional teams. • Ensure alignment, follow-through, and accountability across stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive assistance, business operations, project coordination, or other relevant roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High analytical capability with experience using Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting). • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated experience managing projects or coordinating cross-team activities. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. • Comfortable working US hours (ET). • Preferred Skills • Experience in NEMT, healthcare, logistics, transportation, or SaaS (a plus, not required). • Experience with productivity or project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). • Strong presentation-building skills (Slides, PowerPoint). • Background in data analysis, reporting, or business strategy support.
